Radiator, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:

• If there are small impressions on the slats, refer to RADIATOR AND CONDENSER ASSEMBLY .
• If the catches are damaged, the radiator for the coolant must be replaced.
• Used coolant cannot be used again.

-- Install the impact member. Refer to IMPACT MEMBER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the headlamp housing with mount. Refer to HEADLAMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Connect the coolant hose and connections with the connector coupling. Refer to Figure.

-- Fill the coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .
