Recirculation Pump 5 -V406-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

-- Remove the front noise insulation. Refer to OVERVIEW - NOISE INSULATION .

-- Disconnect the connector -7-.

-- Place a cloth underneath to catch any escaping coolant.

-- Loosen the hose clamps -5 and 8-, then clamp off the coolant hoses -1 and 4- with the Hose Clamps - Up To 25mm:3094  and remove them.

-- Free up the coolant hoses -1 and 4-.

-- Remove the bolts -2- (shown with the coolant hose connected).

-- Remove the Recirculation Pump 5 -V406- -5- with the bracket -1-.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and remove the Recirculation Pump 5 -V406- -5- from he bracket -1-.
