Coolant Pipes On The Engine

The marking on the coolant pipes and ends of coolant hoses must align.

1. Bolt
   • 8 Nm
2. Front Coolant Pipe 1
   • Removing and installing. Refer to FRONT COOLANT PIPE 1, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
3. Bolt
   • 8 Nm
4. Rear Coolant Pipe 3
   • Removing and installing. Refer to REAR COOLANT PIPE 3, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
5. O-Ring
   • Always replace after removing
6. Bolt
   • 9 Nm
7. Bolt
   • Tightening specifications. Refer to OVERVIEW - GENERATOR .
8. O-Ring
   • Always replace after removing
9. Bolt
   • 8 Nm
10. Right Front Coolant Pipe
    • Removing and installing. Refer to RIGHT FRONT COOLANT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
11. Bolt
    • Tightening specifications. Refer to OVERVIEW - GENERATOR .

    • 9 Nm

    • 9 Nm
14. O-Ring
    • Always replace after removing
15. O-Rings
    • Quantity: 2
    • Always replace after removing
16. Rear Coolant Pipe 5
    • Removing and installing. Refer to REAR COOLANT PIPES 4 AND 5, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
17. Rear Coolant Pipe 4
    • Removing and installing. Refer to REAR COOLANT PIPES 4 AND 5, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
