LEFT SIDE VENT MOTOR -V299-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, ON "Low" OR "Mid" A/C SYSTEM, PR NUMBER KH5/ 9AD: Removing
-- On vehicles with high-voltage system, switch on the "parking air conditioner" function (deactivate). Refer to the Owner's Manual.
-- Move the left front seat all the way to the rear.
-- Switch off the ignition.
-- Remove the driver side instrument panel cover. Refer to DRIVER SIDE INSTRUMENT PANEL COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Remove the left footwell vent. Refer to DRIVER SIDE FOOTWELL VENT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Loosen the air duct above the instrument panel crossmember and push as far as possible to the outside. Remove the air duct to the instrument panel vent to do this. Refer to OVERVIEW - AIR ROUTING AND AIR DISTRIBUTION IN VEHICLE INTERIOR .
-- Label the connector -C- and the actuator -B- (to avoid a mix up in case several connectors are disconnected at the same time).
-- Remove the bolts -A-.
-- Remove the actuator -B- from the door shaft -D-.
-- Release and disconnect the connector -C-.
