-- Switch off the ignition.
-- Remove the lock carrier cover. Refer to Front Bumper .

-- If installed, remove the upper radiator shutter. Refer to OVERVIEW - RADIATOR/RADIATOR FAN .

-- Remove the bolt -2-.
-- Only slightly loosen the bolt -1-.
-- Pull forward the bumper cover bracket in direction of -arrow-.

-- Disconnect the connector -1-.
Danger or frostbite due to refrigerant coming out under pressure.
Frostbite on the skin and other parts of the body is possible.
- Wear safety gloves.
- Wear protective eyewear.
- If refrigerant flows out of the refrigerant line longer than 1 second when loosening the pressure sensor, tighten the pressure sensor and replace the faulty check valve.
- Evacuate or drain refrigerant and open the refrigerant circuit immediately.
- If more than 10 minutes elapse after extracting or draining the refrigerant and the refrigerant circuit was not opened, extract or drain the refrigerant again. Pressure develops in the refrigerant circuit due to evaporation.
-- Remove the High Pressure Sensor -G65- -2- with the Socket - 24mm:T40284 from the connection on the condenser.
