Spring, Removing And Installing, Air Spring: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:

TIP:

Secure fit of the air line cannot be guaranteed without the cutting ring.

CAUTION:

Risk of destroying the air spring when setting down unfilled.

  • The vehicle may be removed from the vehicle hoist only after the air springs have been filled again.
NOTE:

Before filling the air spring, check the installation position. Refer to Figure.

-- Fill the air suspension system. Refer to AIR SUSPENSION SYSTEM, FILLING AND BLEEDING .
