Air Supply Unit With Bracket, Removing And Installing: Removing

NOTE:

-- Vent the system. Refer to AIR SUSPENSION SYSTEM, FILLING AND BLEEDING .

-- Switch off the ignition.

-- Equipment versions with 3.0L TFSI engine: remove the rear muffler. Refer to MUFFLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the nuts -arrows-, and remove the covers -1 and 2- for the air supply unit.

-- Disconnect the connectors -1 and 2- from the solenoid valve block and from the air supply unit, and free up the wire.

-- Remove the air lines -arrows- and protect them from dirt.

-- Disconnect the connectors -1-.

-- Free up the wiring harness.

-- Loosen the clamp -arrow-, remove the intake line from the air filter and free it up.

-- Remove the left and right bolt -2- and the nut -3-, and remove the bracket with the air supply unit.
