Front Air Suspension Strut, Evacuating

Procedure
-- Remove the air spring: Refer to SUSPENSION STRUT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING for the front. Refer to SHOCK ABSORBER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING for the rear.
-- Release the residual pressure retaining valve -3- on the air spring and allow the air pressure to escape.
-- Dispose of the air spring.
NOTE:
The front air spring is shown installed.
