Securing Strip For Bumper Cover Side Panel, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Loosen the front wheel cover in the area of the bumper side section. Refer to WHEEL COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, FRONT .
-- Remove the front wheel spoiler. Refer to FRONT WHEEL SPOILER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Loosen the front wheel housing liner in the area of the bumper cover. Refer to FRONT WHEEL HOUSING LINER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.
-- Vehicles with headlamp washer system: free up the washer fluid hose -6-.
-- Free up the wire -4- and if equipped free up the antenna wire -5-.
-- Remove the securing strip -3- in the direction of -arrow- out of the mounts -1 and 2- on the bumper lower section and remove from the bumper cover side panel.
