Bench Seat, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Move the front seats all the way forward.

-- Unclip the child seat anchor guides -1- from the anchors. Refer to LOWER CHILD SEAT ANCHOR GUIDE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Grab the bench seat -1- under the molded part -2- using both hands on one side.

-- Using both hands on one side, forcefully pull the bench seat upward -arrow A- to release the molded part from the front mount -3-.

-- Repeat the procedure on the other side of the bench seat -arrow B-.

-- Alternating, from side to side, slightly lift up the bench seat -1-, press backward -A arrows- and at the same time press the rear downward -arrows B-.

-- By this, the bracket -2- can be disengaged in the rear from the mounts of the child seat anchors -3- -arrow C-.

-- Lift the front of the bench seat slightly and remove it from under the backrest.

-- If equipped, disconnect the seat heating connector.

-- Remove the bench seat.
