Tie Down, Removing And Installing

Removal, Version 1
-- Fold up the bracket -1- all the way.
-- Unclip the cover -2- using a screwdriver and unfold all the way.
-- Remove the bolt -3- and remove the tie down.
Removal, Version 2
-- Fold up the bracket -1- all the way.
-- Remove the screws -arrows- and remove the tie down -2-.
Installing
Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:
