Selector Lever Transmission Range Display -Y5-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

-- Remove the center console insert cover. Refer to OVERVIEW - CENTER CONSOLE .
-- To release, push the selector lever transmission range display -1- toward the rear -arrow- and remove it upward.
-- Release and disconnect the connector.
-- If the selector lever transmission range display is being replaced, the following components must also be removed:
- Remove the electromechanical parking brake button/-Auto Hold- button. Refer to Electromechanical Parking Brake Button -E538- /-AUTO HOLD- Button -E540-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
