Release Button in Rear Lid Handle -E234-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

-- Remove the tail lamp from the rear lid. Refer to REAR LID TAIL LAMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Loosen the wire clip -2- and remove the nuts -3-.

-- Remove the housing with the button -1- outward in the -direction of the arrow-.

-- Release and disconnect the connector -4-.

-- Equipped on some models disconnect the washer fluid hose -3- for the rearview camera washer nozzle.

-- Free up and disconnect the connector -2- for the rearview camera.

-- Remove the housing with the button.
