Data Bus on Board Diagnostic Interface -J533-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

-- Remove the bench seat. Refer to BENCH SEAT/SINGLE SEAT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Vehicles without protective cover:
-- Disconnect the connector -1-.
-- If equipped, disconnect the connector -4- and antenna wire -3-.
-- Remove the nuts -arrows-.
-- Remove the data bus on board diagnostic interface -2-.
Vehicles with protective cover:
-- Free up the protective cover -1- at the carpet -6-.
-- Remove the nuts -arrows- through the opening in the protective cover.
-- Remove the data bus on board diagnostic interface -3- from the protective cover.
-- Disconnect the connector -2-.
-- If equipped, disconnect the connectors -4 and 5-.
-- Remove the protective cover from the threaded pins.
