Rear Lid Drive Unit -VX69- /Rear Lid Drive Unit 2 -VX77-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

-- Remove the D-pillar trim panel. Refer to D-PILLAR TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Release and disconnect the connector -4-.
-- Have second technician support the rear lid.
-- Lift the locking spring -2- slightly with a small screwdriver.
-- At the same time, remove the rear lid drive unit -1- from the ball pin -arrow- at the body and the rear lid.
-- Remove the grommet -3- from the body and guide the wiring harness out through the opening.
