Terminal 40 Wire Junction 2 -TV67-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

-- De-energize the 48V system. Refer to 48V SYSTEM, DE-ENERGIZING .

-- Disconnect the ground cable to the Battery -A- when the ignition is switched off. Refer to BATTERY, DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING .

-- Remove the partition cover. Refer to COMPONENT LOCATION OVERVIEW - VEHICLE INTERIOR TRIM PANELS .

-- Remove the luggage compartment carpet bracket. Refer to LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT CARPET BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the rear sill panel. Refer to SILL PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Release the retainer -arrow B- and open the cover -1- -arrow A-.

-- Loosen the clips -3-, -4- and -5-.

-- Remove the nut -6- and free up the wire.

-- Remove the nuts -2-, -9- and -7- and free up the wires.

-- Remove the bolt -8-.

-- Remove the Terminal 40 Wire Junction 2 -TV67- -1-.

NOTE:

The bracket for the Terminal 40 Wire Junction 2 -TV67- can only be removed together with Voltage Converter, 48 V/12 V -A7-. Refer to Voltage Converter, 48 V/12 V -A7-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
