Overview - Microphone Unit, Before Product Improvement

The microphone unit is located in the Front Roof Module -WX3- and is comprised of the Interior Microphone -R74-, the Left Front Microphone -R140- and the Right Front Microphone -R141-.
The Interior Microphone -R74- is connected directly to the Digital Sound System Control Module -J525-.
The Left Front Microphone -R140- for vehicles:
- Without connect Plus (IV0) and without emergency call system (IW0/IW5) connected with the Information Electronics Control Module 1 -J794-
- Without connect Plus (IV0) and with emergency call system (IW1/IW3/) is connected to the Data Bus on Board Diagnostic Interface -J533- and is >>looped<< to the Information Electronics Control Module 1 -J794-
- With connect Plus (IV1 through IV6) and with emergency call system (IW3) connected to the Information Electronics Control Module 1 -J794-.
The Right Front Microphone -R141- for vehicles:
- Without connect Plus (IV0) and without emergency call system (IW0/IW5) connected with the Information Electronics Control Module 1 -J794-
- Without connect Plus (IV0) and with emergency call system (IW1) is connected to the Data Bus on Board Diagnostic Interface -J533- and is >>looped<< to the Information Electronics Control Module 1 -J794-
- Without connect Plus (IV0) and with emergency call system (IW3) is connected with the Information Electronics Control Module 1 -J794-
- With connect Plus (IV1 through IV6) and with emergency call system (IW3) connected to the Control Module for Emergency Call Module and Communication Unit -J949-.
