Seat Depth Adjuster Support, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Move seat depth adjuster forward.

-- Remove the front seat. Refer to FRONT SEAT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Secure the front seat to the Engine/Transmission Holder - Seat Repair Fixture:VAS 6136 . Refer to FRONT SEAT, MOUNTING ON FIXTURE FOR SEAT REPAIR .

-- Remove the trim/control module/compressor bracket. Refer to SEAT FRAME TRIM PANEL/CONTROL MODULE/COMPRESSOR BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Disengage the left and right rubber bands -2- at the seat depth adjuster and secure from sliding back using a cable tie, for example.

-- Disengage the molding -1- for the cover on the seat depth adjuster.

-- Release the tabs -2 and 3- and fold back or lift the seat depth adjuster cover together with the cover and seat cushion.

-- Disengage and remove the seat depth adjuster from the attachments -1 and 4-.

-- Release the retainers -arrows- one at a time using a flat-head screwdriver and remove the seat depth adjuster support -1- forward.
