-- Move the front seat into its highest position.
-- Pry off the spindle cover -1- from the seat rail cover -2- and the forward/back adjustment spindle using a flat-head screwdriver or the Trim Removal Wedge:3409 .

-- Lift the inner side of the cover -1- slightly away from the seat rail -arrow A- by hand or using a flat-head screwdriver and remove the cover toward the front -arrow B-.
