Headlamp Washer System Washer Nozzle, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the cover for the headlamp washer system spray nozzle. Refer to OVERVIEW - BUMPER COVER .

-- Remove the center end panel. Refer to OVERVIEW - BUMPER COVER .

-- Vehicles with side auxiliary radiator: remove the front bumper cover. Refer to BUMPER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Vehicles with side auxiliary radiator: remove the auxiliary radiator air duct. Refer to CHARGE AIR COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING - 3.0L , CHARGE AIR COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING - 4.0L .

-- Place a cloth underneath the coupling rod to catch any fluid still leaking out.

-- Place a drip tray under the nozzle holder.

-- Remove the washer fluid hose -2- by pressing the release buttons.

-- Push the washer nozzle with lift cylinder -1- forward out of the bracket retainers -3- -direction of arrow A-.

-- Remove the washer nozzles with lift cylinder -1- downward -direction of arrow B-.
