Front Passenger Side Ionizer -J1106-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, Q8 AND Q7 FROM PRODUCT IMPROVEMENT: Removing

-- Remove the glove compartment. Refer to GLOVE COMPARTMENT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Remove the mount for the Information Electronics Control Module 1 -J794- and let it hang on the connected wires. Refer to COMPONENT LOCATION OVERVIEW - INFOTAINMENT SYSTEM .
-- Turn the ionizer -2- clockwise and remove from the air duct -1-.
-- Label the allocation of wires to the connector housing for reinstallation.
-- Release the catches and open the doors -B and D- on the connector housing -C-.
-- Using the Release Tool Set :VAS 1978 , remove the pins from the connector housing. Refer to CONNECTOR HOUSING .
