Windshield Spray Pattern, Checking, Hybrid Nozzles

The spray pattern must meet the following specifications:
- Front passenger side spray nozzle unit: the point of impact -1- of the upper spray point is near the upper edge of the wiper area.
- Driver side spray nozzle unit: the point of impact -2- of the upper spray point is at the same height as that of the right spray nozzle unit.
- Center spray nozzle unit: the point of impact -3- of the fan spray is positioned between the fan spray of the properly adjusted side spray nozzle units and their upper spray points.
Procedure:
-- Activate the windshield washer system and assess the spray pattern.
-- If the spray pattern does not meet the specifications, adjust the spray nozzles. Refer to WINDSHIELD SPRAY PATTERN, ADJUSTING, HYBRID NOZZLES .
