D-Pillar Trim Panel, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the luggage compartment side trim panel. Refer to LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT SIDE TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Pry out the trim -1- with the scraper -2- in the direction of -arrow A-.

-- Remove the trim -1- in the direction of -arrow B-.

-- Remove the expanding rivets -2- with scraper no. 4.

-- Unclip the cover -1- and remove in the direction of -arrow-.

-- Clean the scraper -2- thoroughly as to not contaminate the headliner.

-- Pry out the trim -1- with the scraper -2- in direction of -A arrows-.

-- Unclip the trim -1- and remove in the direction of -arrow B-.

-- Remove the bolts -3 and 4-.

-- Only loosen the nut -2-.

-- Turn the luggage compartment cover rail -1- so that the D-pillar trim panel is accessible.

-- Free up the D-pillar trim panel -1- in the rear lid seal area.

-- Pull the D-pillar trim panel -1- carefully off the body mounts in direction of -arrows- and remove.
