Headliner, Lowering: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:

Before installing, check all the fasteners for damage and replace if necessary.

-- Pay attention to the safety precautions when working with pyrotechnic components. Refer to SAFETY PRECAUTIONS WHEN WORKING WITH PYROTECHNIC COMPONENTS .

-- Remove any remaining clips in the body using the Omega Clip Tool:T40280 and insert in the headliner for installation.

-- Align the headliner, press in the centering pin at the rear of the headliner until it engages audibly in the body mounting point.

-- Install the center support for the sun visor. Refer to SUN VISOR CENTER SUPPORT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Clip the headliner with cover to the screen separator mounting eyes.

-- Check that the door seals are correctly positioned after installing.

Further installation is performed in reverse order of the removal.
