Front Door Trim Panel, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Switch off the ignition.

-- Remove the trim molding. Refer to DECORATIVE TRIM, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Using the Wedge Set:T10383  , unclip the door trim panel at the lower rear section in a radius beginning at the door by inserting the wedge near the clips between the door trim panel and the door in the direction of -arrow-.

-- Unclip the remaining clips -2- along the door trim panel from the door, the mark shows the position of the clips.

-- Pull the door trim panel -1- slightly off the door all the way around.

• The clips must not be left inside the door.

-- Press the door trim panel upward out of the clip -3- and disengage from the door on the window shaft in direction of -arrows-.

-- Carefully unclip the release cable -4- from the interior door mechanism -3- in the direction of -arrow- ; the catches -2 and 5- are loosened at the same time.

-- Disengage the end of the release cable -1- on the interior door mechanism.

-- Release and disconnect the connectors on the door control module.

-- Remove the door trim panel.
