Overview - vibration damper -item 1- OVERVIEW - CENTER DIFFERENTIAL
- O-Ring
- Always replace
- Coat with transmission fluid
- Plug
- For the hole for checking and filling
- For the transmission fluid inside the transfer case
- Tightening specification. Refer to COMPONENT LOCATION OVERVIEW - DRAIN AND CHECK PLUGS .
- Center Differential Housing
- Removing and Installing. Refer to CENTER DIFFERENTIAL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Transmission Output Shaft With Splines
- Removing and Installing. Refer to TRANSMISSION OUTPUT SHAFT SEAL, REPLACING .
- Replace the seal when replacing the transmission output shaft with splines
- Seal
- For the transmission output shaft with splines
- Replacing. Refer to TRANSMISSION OUTPUT SHAFT SEAL, REPLACING .
- Dust Ring
- Cannot be removed without being destroyed
- Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 3.
- Always replace
- Ball Bearing
- For the transmission output shaft with splines
- Replacing. Refer to TRANSMISSION OUTPUT SHAFT BALL BEARING, REPLACING .
- Circlip
- For the transmission output shaft with splines
- Circlip
- For the ball bearing on the transmission output shaft with splines
- Ball Bearing
- For the center differential
- Replacing. Refer to CENTER DIFFERENTIAL BALL BEARING, REPLACING .
- Center Differential
Center Differential Housing - Tightening Specification and Sequence:
-- Tighten the bolts in three steps in the sequence shown:
