Brake Pads, Removing And Installing, Q8: Notes

Special tools and workshop equipment required
- Piston Resetting Tool:T10145
- Position the Piston Resetting Tool:T10145 with a wooden block -1- between it and the old brake pads. Push the brake caliper pistons all the way back into the brake caliper.
- Grease. Refer to the appropriate Parts Information.
When changing the brake pad, check the brake rotor for wear and damage.
CAUTION:
Health risk due to toxic dust from the brake system.
Irreversible deposit of dust particles in the lungs. Breathing impairments may occur.
- Never blow out the brake system with compressed air.
