Vacuum Pump, Removing And Installing, Vehicle With 3.0L TFSI Engine: Removing

-- Remove the lower air duct pipe. Refer to AIR DUCT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Loosen the hose clamp -1- and remove the vacuum hose.

TIP:

Do not damage the vacuum hose.

A damaged vacuum hose must be replaced.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and remove the vacuum pump.
