General Information For Retrofitting Trailer Hitch

When retrofitting a trailer hitch, pay attention to the technical requirements, the manufacturer guidelines and legislative regulations.
Only use a trailer hitch that was tested and is permitted for the respective vehicle.
Make sure there is sufficient distance to the bumper cover when there are items attached to the trailer hitch, such as a bicycle rack.
