Front Air Suspension Strut, Evacuating

Procedure
-- Remove the air spring:
- Front: refer to SUSPENSION STRUT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Rear: refer to SHOCK ABSORBER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Release the residual pressure retaining valve -3- on the air spring and allow the air pressure to escape.
-- Dispose of the air spring.
TIP:
- The front air spring is shown installed.
- If the air line is removed from a component, check if the cutting ring is seated on the air line.
