Seat Low, Removing And Installing, Outer Second Row: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:

Make sure the connectors are pushed in all the way and that they engage audibly.

-- Remove the :VAS6282 and connect the connector to the connector station. Refer to AIRBAG ADAPTER, CONNECTING AND DISCONNECTING .

-- Connect the battery ground cable with the ignition switched on. Refer to BATTERY, DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING .

If the instrument cluster indicates a fault in the airbag system after assembly, the DTC memory must be checked, erased, and then checked again. Refer to Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
