Windshield Defogger Control Module -J505-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, FROM JANUARY 2017: Removing

-- Vehicles with high-voltage system: switch off the function "parking heater" (deactivate). Refer to the appropriate Service Information.
-- Switch off the ignition.
-- Remove the right front seat. Refer to Front Seat, Removing and Installing .
-- Remove the front right sill panel. Refer to SILL PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Loosen the right front carpet and lift until the Windshield Defogger Control Module -J505- -A- is accessible. Refer to CARPET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Release the locking tabs on the bracket -C- and pivot the Windshield Defogger Control Module -J505- -A- upward.
-- Release the connector -B- and remove it from the Windshield Defogger Control Module -J505- -A-.
