EVAP Canister, Removing And Installing: Removing
-- Observe the safety instructions. Refer to SAFETY PRECAUTIONS .
-- Follow the guidelines for clean working conditions. Refer to GUIDELINES FOR CLEAN WORKING CONDITIONS .
-- Remove the right rear wheel housing liner. Refer to REAR WHEEL HOUSING LINER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Versions without Tank Leak Diagnosis:
-- Remove the bolts/nut -arrows- and remove the EVAP canister -2- with the bracket.
-- Disconnect the vent and bleeder lines -1-. Disconnect the connector couplings. Refer to CONNECTOR COUPLINGS, DISCONNECTING .
Versions with Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor -G400- /Fuel Tank Leak Detection Module -GX36-
-- If installed, disconnect the connector for the Tank Switch-Off Valve -N288-.
-- Remove the bolts/nut -arrows- and remove the EVAP canister -1- with the bracket.
-- Disconnect the vent and bleeder lines -2-. Disconnect the connector couplings. Refer to CONNECTOR COUPLINGS, DISCONNECTING .
-- Version with Tank Switch-Off Valve -N288- : remove the EVAP canister with the bracket by twisting and turning.
