Safety Precautions When Working On Vehicles With Start/Stop System

There is a risk of injury if the internal combustion engine starts unexpectedly.

The engine may start unexpectedly in vehicles with the Start/Stop System activated. Parts of the body can be pinched or pulled in.

-- Switch off the ignition and electrical equipment.

-- Place the vehicle key and any other drive authorization systems (such as a smartphone) outside of the passenger compartment.
