Right Coolant Pipe, Removing And Installing, Vehicles With Secondary Air System: Removing

-- Remove the turbocharger. Refer to TURBOCHARGER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and move the secondary air injection pipe -3- to the side.

-- Fold back the heat shield boot.

-- Loosen the hose clamps -2 and 3- and remove the coolant hoses.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and -1-, disconnect the right coolant pipe from the cylinder block and remove it.

-- Open the heat shield boot.

-- Loosen the hose clamps -1, 2 and 4- and remove the coolant hoses.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-, disconnect the coolant pipe -3- from the cylinder block and remove it.
