Battery Fans -V457-, Removing And Installing: Removing
-- De-energize the 48V system. Refer to 48V SYSTEM, DE-ENERGIZING .
-- Remove the interior partition cover. Refer to COMPONENT LOCATION OVERVIEW - VEHICLE INTERIOR TRIM PANELS .
-- Loosen the clip -2- and move the wires to the side.
-- Remove the front air duct -1- from the fan connections -5- in direction of -arrow A-.
-- Disconnect the fan connector -6- and loosen the clip -7-.
-- Remove the expanding rivets -3- and loosen the rear air duct -4-.
-- Remove the rear air duct -4- from the fan connection -5- in direction of -arrow B-.
-- Loosen the battery cooling fan -1- from the rubber bushings -2-.
-- Remove the connection from the battery cooling fan.
