Towing Recognition Control Module -J345-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

-- Switch off the ignition and all electrical equipment.

-- Store the ignition key outside of the vehicle so that the ignition will not unintentionally start.

-- Remove the luggage compartment left trim panel. Refer to LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT SIDE TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Release and disconnect the connectors -3 and 4-.

-- Press the retainers together in direction of -A arrows-.

-- Remove the Towing Recognition Control Module -J345- -2- with the bracket -1-.

-- Release the retaining tabs from the bracket -1- in direction of -A arrows-.

-- Pivot out the Towing Recognition Control Module -J345- -2- in direction of -arrow B-.
