Front Water Drain Hoses, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Position the front seat backrests all the way toward the rear.

-- Remove the headliner and place on the seats. Refer to HEADLINER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the water drain hose -1- from the sliding sunroof -2- in direction of -arrow A-.

-- Remove the water drain hose -1- in direction of -arrows-.

-- Remove the plenum chamber cover. Refer to PLENUM CHAMBER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- For guiding the new water drain hose in later, insert an approximately 500 mm long wire through the grommet -arrow- into the water drain hose.

-- Loosen the grommet -arrow- on the plenum chamber and remove it from the water drain hose.

-- Remove the water drain hose toward the inside while holding the wire at the same time.
