- Replace after removing
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 1.
Bolt
- The mounting threads and contact surface must be free of paint, coating and corrosion. The threaded connection serves as the ground connection.
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 1.
Threaded Pin
- Quantity: 2
- 20 Nm
Foam Washer
- Quantity: 2
- Replace if damaged
Lifter
- Quantity: 2
- Clipped in the crossmember
- Check the lifter adjusting nut for ease of movement
Bolt
- Quantity: 2
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 1.
Plug
- Quantity: 2
Bolt
- Quantity: 2
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 1.
Spacer
- No replacement part
Bracket
- For windshield projection control module
- Removing and Installing. Refer to WINDSHIELD PROJECTION HEAD UP DISPLAY CONTROL MODULE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Bolt
- For heater and A/C unit
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 2.
Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 1.
Crossmember
- For the instrument panel
- Removing and Installing. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL CROSSMEMBER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Tighten the bolts in the sequence -1 to 9- to 20 Nm.

Instrument Panel Crossmember to Heater - Tightening Specifications and Sequence

-- Tighten the screws to 3.6 Nm in the following sequence: -1 to 5-.

-- Then tighten the screw -6- for the front passenger side air duct to 1.5 Nm.
