Latch, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the headlamps. Refer to HEADLAMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Free up the connector -2-.

-- Release and disconnect the connector -2-.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Remove the latch -1-.

-- Release the catches -4- and remove the cable bracket from the mount -3- in direction of -arrow-.

-- Remove the release cable nipple -1 and 2- from the release levers on the latch.

-- Remove the latch.
