Height Adjustment at Striker:

-- Screw in the adjusting buffer all the way. Refer to HEIGHT, ADJUSTING USING ADJUSTING BUFFER .

-- Loosen the clip -4- by pulling out.

-- Adjust the striker -1- by turning the adjusting screw -5- in direction of -b arrows-.

• During the closing test, the hood must fall from the balance position into the latch and engage completely.

-- Adjust the striker height if necessary.

-- Push the clip back on the striker.
