Bumper Cover, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:

-- Adjust the bumper cover. Refer to BUMPER COVER, ADJUSTING .

Depending on the version, the following additional procedures are required: 

-- Adjust the adaptive cruise control (ACC). Refer to ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL (ACC), ADJUSTING .

• Note the conditions here for a required adjustment of the adaptive cruise control (ACC).

-- Calibrate the Front Peripheral Camera -R243-. Refer to PERIPHERAL CAMERA, CALIBRATING .

• Note the conditions here for a required calibration of the Front Peripheral Camera -R243-.

-- Calibrate the Night Vision System Camera -R212-. Refer to NIGHT VISION SYSTEM, CALIBRATING .

• Note the conditions here for a required calibration of the Night Vision System Camera -R212-.

-- If the bumper cover is damaged or replaced, or there is paint work near the radar sensors, then calibrate the front corner radar. Refer to FRONT CORNER RADAR, CALIBRATING .
