Overview - Mobile Online Services, IW1/IW3/IW5, Without Connect Plus (IV0)
The mobile online services are based on the eCall and bCall and the Data Bus on Board Diagnostic Interface -J533- (Connected Gateway).
The Data Bus on Board Diagnostic Interface -J533- is installed under the left front seat for crash safety. The Data Bus on Board Diagnostic Interface -J533- contains an emergency call module and a compass module. A separate SIM card is installed for the emergency call function and roadside assistance.

- Emergency Call Module Speaker -R335- in the Driver Side Instrument Panel Cover

- Emergency Call Module Antenna 2 -R322-
- GPS Antenna -R50-
- GPS Antenna Splitter -R110- in the right wiring harness behind the rear bench seat, only for 7G1/7I1/7I2
- GPS Antenna Splitter -R110-, Removing and Installing. Refer to GPS ANTENNA SPLITTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, 7G1/7I1/7I2/IV0 .
- Emergency Call Module Antenna -R263- behind the rear bumper cover in the center
Troubleshooting
The mobile online services system is capable of OBD.
Fault Finding is performed using the "Guided Fault Finding" on the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
When there are concerns about the function, it necessary to be familiar with the Mobile Online Services functions.
