Cylinder Head, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

-- Install the coolant expansion tank for the high-voltage system cooling circuit. Refer to COOLANT EXPANSION TANK FOR HIGH-VOLTAGE SYSTEM COOLING CIRCUIT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Secure all hose connections with hose clamps that match the ones used in series production. Refer to the Parts Information.

-- Vehicles with high-voltage system: fill the coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING, VEHICLE WITH HIGH-VOLTAGE SYSTEM, ENGINE COOLANT CIRCUIT .

-- Install the air filter housing. Refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
