- Replace after removing
Exhaust Manifold
- Removing and Installing. Refer to EXHAUST MANIFOLD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Retaining Plate
Nut
- Replace after removing
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 2.
Alignment Pin
Seal
- Replace after removing

Replace the nuts after removing.

-- Tighten the nuts -1 to 8- is stages as shown.

Step	Tightening Specification
1.	Install all the way by hand
2.	20 Nm
3.	27 Nm
