Front Backrest Assembly Overview
NOTE:
Remove front seat from vehicle first.
- Front Seat
- Removing, refer to FRONT SEAT, MANUAL .
- Seat Belt Buckle
- Does not need to be removed.
- Clamping Pins
- To remove, drive through to inside with drift and remove cover cap ) FRONT BACKREST ASSEMBLY OVERVIEW.
- Cover Cap
- Seat Back
Removing:
-- To remove, remove trim plate FRONT BACKREST ASSEMBLY OVERVIEW, bolt FRONT BACKREST ASSEMBLY OVERVIEW and locking clip FRONT BACKREST ASSEMBLY OVERVIEW on both sides.
-- Press apart seatback frame at seatback mount and remove from seat frame.
- When installing, ensure locking clips ) FRONT BACKREST ASSEMBLY OVERVIEW engage properly in seatback mount.
- Bushing
- Locking Clip
- Must engage in groove on seatback mount when installing.
- Eccentric Ring
- Countersunk Bolt
- 8.0 Nm (71 in lb)
- Trim Plate
- Bolt
- 3.0 Nm (27 in lb)
- Cover Cap
- Adjustment Knob
- Remove trim plate ) FRONT BACKREST ASSEMBLY OVERVIEW first.
- Do not remove on vehicles with lumbar support.
- Washer
- Bolt
- 3.0 Nm (27 in lb)
- Cover Cap
