The following dimensions represent the distances at the marked points. This must also be oriented to the layout of the original adhesive bead on the removed component.

Rear Side Window
- Removing and Installing. Refer to UNDAMAGED SIDE WINDOW, REMOVING, A5 SPORTBACK .
- After installing, push in using the locating pin -item 3-
Adhesive Bead
- Observe the minimum curing time. Refer to MINIMUM CURING TIMES FOR BONDED WINDOWS .
- Note the different distances to the window edge
  - Dimension -a- = 24.4 mm
  - Dimension -b- = 18.4 mm
  - Dimension -c- = 9.0 mm
  - Dimension -d- = 7.8 mm
  - Dimension -e- = 14.0 mm
- Adhesive bead thickness. Refer to Adhesive Application: .
Locating Pin
- Is cut through when removing the window
Body
Molding
- On the side window
- Must not be damaged in the visible area
