Hood Heat Shield, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Carefully warm the heat shield -3- in the area of the bonding with the : VAS1978/14A  .

-- Carefully remove the heat shield from the hood -1- in direction of -arrow- at pay attention that the paint coat is not damaged.

-- Remove the heat shield tab -4- from the insulation -2-.
