Vacuum Pump
- VACUUM PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, 2.0L TDI ENGINE
Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 2.
Vacuum Line
- With integrated check valve; cannot be replaced separately
- CHECK VALVE, CHECKING
- CHECK VALVE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, WITH VACUUM LINE IN PLENUM CHAMBER
Vacuum Sensor -G608-
- BRAKE BOOSTER PRESSURE SENSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
O-Ring
- Cannot be replaced separately
- If damaged, replace the Vacuum Sensor -G608-
To the Brake Booster
Vacuum Line
- Insert until it engages audibly

-- Tighten the bolts -1 to 5- in stages in the sequence shown.

Step	Tightening Specification
1.	Install by hand all the way
2.	8 Nm
