Close Range Communication Control Module -J1169-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

-- Turn off the ignition and all electrical equipment and remove the ignition key.

NOTE:

In the illustration the storage compartment is shown without the center console.

-- Tilt the Close Range Communication Control Module -J1169- -1- with the bracket -3- out of the storage compartment -2-.

-- To do this, push the rubber lip on the bracket -3- using the : T40388  -A- carefully to the side and guide in the : T40388  as shown.

-- The catch on the bracket -3- is released and engages in the groove on the : T40388  -A-.

-- Remove the Close Range Communication Control Module -J1169- -1- and bracket -3- with the : T40388  -A- vertically upward out of the storage compartment.

-- Release and disconnect the connectors from the Close Range Communication Control Module -J1169-.

-- Press the catches -arrows- and remove the Close Range Communication Control Module -J1169- -1- from the bracket -3-.
